Refund Policy

Our refund policy is 45 days. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, we unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the following must be TRUE: No courses have been completed – No Credits Earned. No download has been completed of the Virtual CT Trainer Software or New Career PDF. If the Virtual CT Trainer Software or New Career PDF have been downloaded or any courses have been completed, than a refund cannot be issued due to all our products are digital and cannot be returned.

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
