NEW ARRT CHANGES

ARRT® is changing their self-study CE requirements effective January 1, 2023 to be approved by chapter only.  Some full book courses will still be available, but once they have expired after the January 1, 2023 date, they will be required to have them approved by chapter.  At that point, each chapter will be required to have a separate test and a separate certificate.  Click on the ARRT® link below for more information.

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is 45 days. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, the following must be TRUE: No courses have been completed – No credits Earned. No download has been completed of the Virtual CT Trainer Software. If the Virtual CT Trainer Software or any of the courses have been competed than a refund cannot be issued due to all our products are digital and cannot be returned.

PRINTING MY CERTIFICATE

You easily can print off your completed certificates any time by logging into your account and select “Your Profile”.  Find your course and select the drop-down arrow.  Click on the certificate icon to view a PDF of your certificate.  Download or print your certificate.

MONTHLY EMAILED COURSE

As a member of Rad Tech Education LLC, you will receive an unpublished one (1) credit course sent to your email every month.  No need to log into our website to download the course.  Everything you need will be sent to your email (Course Material & Test) on the 5th of every month.  All you need to do is complete the course on any device by selecting each answer and saving to your device.  At your convivence enter your answers into the course test and print your certificate.

Your monthly course will be published on the website the day the email is released (5th of every month).

It is important that you enter your answers on the website before the expiration date located in the course instructions.  If the test is completed after the expiration date the number of credits could have changed or been discontinued, resulting in no credits or a reduced credit value.

You MUST be an active member of the website to enter the answers and print the certificate.

If your membership has expired, re-join to enter the tests answers, and print your certificate.

If you don’t receive your course on the 5th of the month, check your spam folder.  To ensure your courses get through, add courses@radtechedu.com to your approved senders list (whitelist). 

Do not reply to the courses@radtechedu.com email as it is not monitored.

If you did not get your course in your email or spam folder, please email us at support@radtechedu.com and we will verify your email and get your course out to you as soon as possible.  


CHANGE MEMBERSHIP NAME

If you need to change your membership name due to marriage or a legal name change, please contact us at Support@RadTechEDU.com.


ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY OPTION

Our environmentally friendly option does not require a printer. At the end of each PDF course there is test with selectable answers without having to print the test. This option makes it easy to complete the test on your phone, tablet or PC / MAC at your convivence. See the instructions at the begining of each course or test for the instructions on how to use the test digitally.

SOFTWARE

MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  • 1.30 GHz Processor or higher
  • 2 GB Ram or higher

  • CD ROM OR USB drive for installation

  • Screen resolution of 1366 x 768 or higher

Windows XP is NOT supported.

Virtual CT Trainer is a Windows based software and will only work on Windows based systems.

*May require you to download Microsoft .NET framework 3.5 if it is not already installed on your computer. Microsoft has .NET framework 3.5 as an option in Windows 8, 10 and 11 but it is not loaded as part of the operating system at the time of installation.


HOW TO OPEN SOFTWARE ZIP FILE

Locate where you downloaded the software file to your PC.

Right click on the zip file and click on Extract All then choose where you want the contents of the zip file to be saved.

Click on the Extract button at the bottom to place the file contents into your selected location.

SOFTWARE INSTALLATION

Open the Virtual CT Trainer Software file located in the zip file. Double click the “MENU” file.

If you have not extracted the software from the zip file the menu file will look like the above image.

Choose the one that best fits your screen resolution.
If you don’t know the screen resolution of your computer, click on the “How to determine your screen resolution” button on the software menu for instructions on how to determine your screen resolution and the best version of the software to install. Your display location maybe different depending on your version of windows.

WHY IS THE SOFTWARE OFFERED IN TWO DIFFERENT VERSIONS

Due to the complexity of the software, we had to offer it in two different screen resolution options.

1366 x 768 (Most common resolution for today’s average laptop)

1440 x 900 or higher
