- Refresh your knowledge on how X-ray is generated and how it interacts with matter (Absorption, Photoelectric effect, and Scatter).
- Understand the sources of image noise.
- Renew your understanding of X-ray applications such as General Radiography, Fluoroscopy and Digital Subtraction Angiography.
Course Description
In our chapter of X-ray imaging, we will review the discovery and history of X-rays and how things have changed over time. Refresh your knowledge of how X-ray is generated and how it is affected as it interacts with matter. Also gain a better understanding of the sources of image noise. Renew your understanding of General Radiology, Fluoroscopy, and Digital Angiography.
